GET INVOLVED
HMTC is always looking for volunteers to join our thriving community of museum educators. Recently, HMTC programming has provided Holocaust and Tolerance programming to over 50,000 students across Long Island as well as police cadets, nurses, and many adult groups. Our museum educators receive a year of training in order to learn about our six-gallery permanent exhibition, engage in hands-on experience with student and adult groups and have access to ongoing education at HMTC.
We also have opportunities available for volunteers to help with our Children’s Memorial Garden.
HMTC also has a limited number of internships available each year for college students in a variety of areas.
If you're interested in becoming a volunteer or are interested in applying for an internship at HMTC, please contact Zachary Graulich, Education Programming Coordinator at 516-571-8040 ext. 103 or zacharygraulich@holocaust-nassau.org.
