Booking 2-hour slots

THIS PAGE IS FOR USE BY TECH DIRECTORS AND PODCAST HOSTS ONLY.

The available 2-hour slots are Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm - 3 pm; and Monday-Fridays from 11 am - 1 pm, and 1 pm - 3 pm. Each podcast is 25 minutes in length within the 2-hour slot. You may book up to two slots for multiple-episode productions. Please check with hmtcli.org for holiday and special closures. Once the podcast host has made arrangements with their guest(s) and with their assigned tech director, then, and only then, can a booking be scheduled on this calendar.

Podcast hosts or tech directors can make bookings, which will be registered under the host's name. Before scheduling, the host, guest, and tech director must agree on the time slot.
